In Memoriam Ursula Zindel-Hilti

On November 7, 2016 Ursula Zindel-Hilti, who established the Foundation that bears her name, embarked on her final journey.

Her great strength in accepting her fate without complaint, and organizing the remaining time she had as positively as possible, is exemplary to us all. 

Since the Foundation was establihed in 2006, her main concern was providing help and support to people in distress and in difficult situations, making it possible for them to find a path towards a better future. The Foundation's achievements could only be accomplished thanks to her great sense of responsibility, exeptional commitment and determination.

Her foresight has made it possible for the Board to continue her work in supporting projects, which help women and children attain a better future by providing them with secure environment and opportunities for education, thereby improving their prospects for the future.

We are honoured and pleased to continue the Foundation's work as she intended.
